建昌古城古建筑群作为西昌的“魂“，是目前西昌保存最完整的古城遗迹，是四川最大的木结构城市群落。其灯光照明工程采用不同亮度和色温作为主要的表现手段。以六维空间打造纵向视觉，以亮度&色温，功能&装饰，面&点的手法，定制型色温，通过精准的光控技术，将重点放在建筑的屋顶、檐口、斗拱等细节上，展现建筑的轮廓和文化特色，彰显出区域传统历史与艺术魅力，以此确保夜景呈现丰富的层次感和饱满的色彩感。当华灯初上，历经600余年沧桑的建昌古城在夜幕下逐渐显露出其绚丽的轮廓。翘角飞檐、廊亭台柱仿佛披上了斑斓的晚礼服，古城的每一角落都在2500余套灯组的映照下熠熠生辉。从高空俯瞰，扇形的城郭、流光溢彩的景象显得格外雄伟壮丽，勾勒出一幅“不夜城”的高古繁华图卷！
